Craft Beers
At Interruption, our beer program is built on small-batch brewing, creativity, and exploration. Rather than offering a fixed beer menu, we’ll feature a rotating lineup of styles that shift with the seasons and with the inspiration of our brewers.
Guests can expect selections such as, but not limited to a rotating IPA, rotating light & dark ales, and a continually changing seasonal release. These styles will come and go throughout the year, giving our community something new to try often while still offering the classic profiles people love.
Our goal is simple: consistently fresh, thoughtfully brewed beers you’ll want to come back for.
Artisan Sodas
We’re crafting our own small-batch sodas using simple, quality ingredients and natural flavors — with no unnecessary dyes or additives. Our lineup will rotate throughout the year, offering refreshing options for all ages and all palates.
Beyond Beer
For those who like to mix things up, we’ll offer a rotating selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic options beyond craft beer. Our offerings will evolve over time, giving guests a variety of thoughtfully chosen beverages to enjoy — whether you’re looking for something light or classic.
Selections may include, but are not limited to:
- Hard seltzers
- Ready-to-drink cocktails
- Wine
- Gluten-free options
- Non-alcoholic choices
This allows us to keep the menu fresh while making sure everyone can find something they enjoy.

Crafted Food
Our food program is being thoughtfully designed around what we can prepare in our space — simple, high-quality offerings that pair beautifully with our beers, sodas, and other beverages. Every menu decision is guided by quality, consistency, and what best complements the experience we’re creating.
We’ll share our full food menu once our kitchen layout is finalized with the City of O’Fallon.

Founders
Matt
Matt brings years of brewing experience and a deep love for community-focused beer to Interruption. With a passion for returning to the roots of small-batch brewing, he’s excited to help create a welcoming public house where great drinks, good food, and meaningful connections come together.
Donnie
Donnie is the heart behind Interruption — a brewer whose journey began in the garage and grew into something much bigger. Driven by curiosity, craftsmanship, and community, he’s passionate about creating approachable beers, craft sodas, and a welcoming space where everyone feels at home.
